  • Home staging prepares a property for sale to appeal to the MOST amount of prospective buyers. It is short term and may be “different” than your personal style. We focus on your property’s best features and create a a neutral move in ready space.

    Interior design is specific to the homeowner’s home and creates a personal space that reflects their unique style and preferences and is long term while living in the house. Designing is ideal for living, while staging is used for selling!

  • You only get one chance to make a first impression…so it is important. to make it count!

    Staging helps potential buyers visualize themselves living in the space by making it look clean, organized and welcoming often leading to quicker sales and better offers. Staging is an investment in your home and the return on investment can be substantial with most homes selling for over asking price.

    Home staging brings on average an 8%-10%+ return on investment and spends 73% LESS time on the market than a non staged home!

  • The cost of staging your home will depend on several factors: the size/square footage of the rooms, the amount of rooms and the length of time on the market. Larger homes require more furniture and decor, leading to a higher cost as opposed to a smaller home. We price each home individually and take into account every detail that will make your home look its BEST!

    In your proposal, we include the cost of the movers for delivery and pickup, our staging fee for packing and unpacking at the warehouse and your property, and the cost of the rooms you have staged.

    Our beginning stage begins at $2400 and goes up depending on what your property needs.

  • We suggest staging the main rooms of the home: Entryway, Living Room/Family Room, Kitchen Area, Dining Room and Main Bedroom and Bathroom. Additionally if there is an extra room, many people have it staged as an Office. We do not think you need to stage every Bedroom. If there is a particularly small room, it is beneficial to stage that to show buyers possible furniture layouts.

  • Once you accept our proposal, we are ready to add you to the calendar and reserve the inventory for your home!

    We typically begin with the movers at the warehouse at 9 a.m., then arrive at your property about 30 minutes after we have loaded everything into the truck. We complete your staging in 3-4 hours and you can schedule your photographs the following day.

    We suggest keeping it staged through the inspections and appraisal. Destaging is completed typically in a few hours and will be scheduled as close to your closing day as possible.
